Manufacturing Capabilities

Our factory has a complete set of manufacturing equipment for production of hydraulic cylinders and cylinder components, plus our skilled worker team, we have a strong ability of manufacturing for various hydraulic cylinders. Our engineering staff provide customer with best-suitable cylinder design and configuration, that meet customer’s performance requirement on the one hand, and on the other hand, provide customer with a cost effective solution by elaborate choose of proper technological process plan and material composition.

Foundry

Our foundry workshops equip with two 5tons electric furnaces, with casting capacity of ductile iron casting, grey iron casting, steel casting, mold and pattern designing and manufacturing, complete instrument for chemical analysis and physical property testing.

Machining

Our machining workshops equipped with various machines from cost effective low end machines to high end CNC machine centers. When customer needs an economic solution, we have common center lathe, NC lathe, milling machines, planer, centerless grinding machines to meet customer’s demand with competitive cost while with good quality

For high end customer’s requirements, we share five axis machine centers with our sister company in the same factory area, to provide customer with complicate parts manufacturing

Assembly

Cylinder assembly is the critical process for a good hydraulic cylinder. All piece parts are to be deburred, cleaned by super-sonic cleaning machine and greased on sealing component and parts before assembly. All cylinders are to be pressure tested at rated/working pressure to ensure no leakage.

Painting

Our painting line including a semi-auto painting line with forced cure oven, applied a protective coating to hydraulic cylinders. Standard painting is premier + top coating, alkyd enamel, in various colors.  Other customized coating requirements such as stoving varnish also available upon request.

Outsourcing

we outsource some production processes to suppliers and established strong and good relationship with our suppliers, raw material supplier, chrome plating, heat treatment and sealing component providers etc.

Those make it possible for us to get those products and services with good and stable quality at better cost, while in a timely manner.
